Who we are
Aubord Studio (“AUBORD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://abordaubord.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or book a meeting with us.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@abordaubord.com.
Our website currently does not accept payments or offer visitor account registration or email newsletter subscriptions.
Information we collect and why
Messages and meeting bookings
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your message and discuss your request.
We use Cal.com to arrange meetings. Our Fit Call booking form requires your name, email address, and an answer describing what should be moving better in your business. You may also provide a company website, additional guests’ email addresses, and a reason when rescheduling. A phone number is not requested by the current form. We also receive your selected appointment date and time.
We use this information to prepare for, schedule, and manage the meeting and send booking-related communications. Please provide other guests’ email addresses only if you have permission to invite them.
Cal.com handles scheduling, Google Calendar stores the appointment, and Google Meet provides the meeting service. Booking details are shared with these providers as needed to arrange the appointment. Confirmations use email. See Cal.com’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry or appointment.
Website operation and security
Our website and hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. This supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse.
We use Hostinger for website hosting and for email sent to our public contact address, info@abordaubord.com. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, including pages viewed, interactions, referral information, approximate location, and browser or device information. Analytics can use identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions; this information should not be understood as exclusively anonymous.
Our consent controls let you choose whether to allow optional statistics cookies. You can reject these cookies and continue browsing the website. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
Cookies and your choices
We use Complianz to display cookie choices and remember your selection. Necessary storage supports website functions and consent preferences. Optional categories are presented through the cookie controls.
Use Cookie settings on the website to review or change your selection, including withdrawing consent for optional categories. You can also remove stored cookies through your browser settings. Removing cookies may reset your saved choices.
For details about the cookies listed for this website, visit our Cookie Policy.
Other websites and embedded services
Links may take you to websites operated by other organizations. If a page includes embedded content or a third-party booking interface, interacting with that service may involve processing by its provider, including technical information needed to deliver the content. The provider’s privacy information explains its practices.
Who receives information
Information is processed by Aubord Studio and the providers supporting the relevant activity, including Hostinger for website hosting and email, Cal.com for scheduling, and Google for Google Calendar, Google Meet, and enabled Google Analytics.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to handle legal claims or protect the security and rights of our business and others.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices explain their processing locations and practices.
How long we keep information
Different records have different retention periods:
- Cal.com bookings and inquiry emails: We clean up old booking records in Cal.com and old inquiry emails monthly. This is a cleanup schedule, not a guarantee that every record is erased exactly 30 days after collection.
- Google Calendar: Past appointment events remain as a meeting archive, with no scheduled deletion. They may include attendee details and information entered during booking. You can contact us to request deletion of information relating to you.
- Google Analytics: Our event-data retention setting is 2 months and our user-data retention setting is 14 months. Reset on new user activity is enabled, so new activity can extend retention of a user identifier. These settings do not govern standard aggregated reports or the lifetime of browser cookies. See Google’s data-retention explanation.
- Website backups: Hostinger reports that backups for our hosting plan are retained for up to 60 days, with the latest 7 daily and 7 weekly backups retained. Website backup retention does not cover email backups.
- Deleted email: Deleting a message may move it to Trash before permanent deletion. Hostinger reports a recovery window of up to 30 days after deletion and no recovery after permanent deletion. This is separate from our monthly cleanup schedule.
- Hosting logs: Hostinger processes visitor access and security logs separately from website backups. We have not been provided a fixed retention period for those logs. Contact us for questions about a particular record.
Cookie expiry information is available in our Cookie Policy. Information may also need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations or handle legal claims.
Your privacy requests
You can contact info@abordaubord.com to ask about information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict processing, or object to certain uses of your information.
You may withdraw consent for optional cookies through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal where applicable law provides that rule.
We may need enough information to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. You may also have the right to complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. We will review this policy when introducing features such as website payments, visitor accounts, or email subscriptions.
